To secure your booking a non-refundable deposit will be taken from your credit or debit card. We accept all major credit and debit cards except Diners Club and American Express.

Cancellations and Amendments

Should you need to cancel or amend your reservation we require 14 days notice. Failure to do so will result in the full cost of your stay being charged to your credit card unless we are able to re- book the accommodation.

We operate a strict cancellation policy and we therefore advise you to take out travel insurance.

Failure to arrive will result in the full charge being taken from your credit card.

Early departure incurs the full cost of your stay.

Damages

Any damage, whether reported or not, will be charged against your credit card.

Parking

Guests vehicles are parked on our drive at the owners risk. We cannot be responsible for any damage.

Pets and Children

We are a non-smoking house and are unable to accept pets or children under the age of 7 years.

Tariff

Prices for B&B per night are from £35 for a single room to £75 for a double en-suite room.

Please contact us for tariff and availability for Round the Island, Cowes Week, Little Britain, Isle of Wight Festival and other special regattas.

Check In

Check in time is from 2pm and check out is 10.30 am unless by prior arrangement.
